Great ideas Janet. I’ve heard of one family that re-gifts almost exclusively. It’s always great to get that cool sweater of your sister’s that you’ve been coveting for awhile!

For a Buy Nothing Christmas, you can also give items you own but aren’t using that someone else will appreciate – perhaps a CD you received that’s not your type of music, or a sweater that’s in good condition but doesn’t fit you properly. Of course, it’s best if you and your friends or family members agree on this strategy ahead of time so there are no hard feelings!
